Shipping

We ship only to jurisdictions where our products are permitted. Shipping availability may change based on federal, state, or local requirements, and we reserve the right to restrict, refuse, cancel, or refund any order that cannot legally or operationally be fulfilled.
Orders may be subject to age verification before shipment and may require adult signature by a recipient age 21 or older upon delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Orders are generally processed within our standard processing window, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, address errors entered at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control. If a shipment is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, additional charges may apply before reshipment is attempted.
